Kelly Carroll, the author of "The Pet Tracker for Dog Lovers" makes her home in Central California with her husband, children and pets. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Arizona. Kelly is currently working on a special book for cat lovers and another for horse owners.
